Start SubmissionBringing your cards to our Surrey location for grading is a safe & secure process. Make it a point to follow these steps so that you prepare your cards for professional grading and a seamless submission process.
Cards must be put inside a clean penny sleeve, then placed in a Card Saver graded card holder before heading to our drop-off location. Enter the cards you want graded into your account to allow us to process them the fastest.
When you get to our office, there is no need to fill out any online forms. If you have not entered them into your account yet, no problem. Our White Glove Service performs the card entries on your behalf for only $2 per card plus taxes.
Bring your cards down to our South Surrey location. Once your submission comes in, our team will document and prepare your order for grading.
During the grading process, you may continue to follow the order online through your account. We will email you when your grading is finished, and you can view high-quality photos of each card in your account at that time. From there, you can go into the store to pick up your cards or have them securely sent straight to your door.
The decision between dropping your cards off or submitting them online depends on where you live and what you prefer. If you are local, our drop off locations are a great choice. You can hand your cards directly to our team. No need to worry about shipping. That face-to-face service brings peace of mind. On the other hand, shipping them off to our office is super convenient. You can handle everything from home—no matter where you are.
